It’s so cold this evening, but I’ve been wanting to have mango smoothie for a while and I have all the ingredients needed to make the smoothie, so Banana Mango Smoothie it is!
Ingredients:
250 gr frozen bananas
500 gr frozen mangoes
5 tbs Greek yoghurt
lemon juice to your liking
Method:
Put all the ingredients into the bowl, mix gradually (if using Thermomix, mix from speed 2 to 7)
Use spatula to scrape down the sides of the bowl
Keep mixing until the mixture is soft and creamy
